Key Responsibilities Undertake asbestos sampling in accordance with HSG264 guidance and internal quality procedures. Conduct building inspections to complete asbestos management surveys and refurbishment/demolition surveys. Produce accurate site drawings and carry out technical quality assurance checks on collected data. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of asbestos legislation, industry guidance, and quality management requirements. Complete monthly quality control checks within required timescales. Maintain accurate exposure records and undertake regular respiratory protective equipment (RPE) inspections. Ensure all surveying equipment is correctly calibrated and maintained in accordance with HSG264 requirements. Record survey information accurately using electronic data capture systems.
