Working across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites, you''ll benefit from a consistent pipeline of work within a supportive and well-managed environment.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys across a wide variety of client sites throughout Southampton and the South Coast.Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality surveying services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation and industry guidance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a range of property types Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports Managing workloads efficiently across multiple client sites Ensuring all work complies with HSE guidance and company procedures Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality ..... full job details .....
