THE ROLE As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out asbestos surveys across a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial properties throughout the East Midlands. Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality surveying services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Delivering Management, Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Working across a range of domestic and commercial properties Conducting bulk asbestos sampling in accordance with company procedures Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports Managing your own diary and workload effectively Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS ..... full job details .....
