THE ROLE As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out asbestos surveys across a diverse range of client sites while ensuring full compliance with current legislation and industry guidance. Working independently with the support of an experienced operations team, you will deliver accurate survey work and maintain the high technical standards the consultancy is known for. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials across a variety of property types Producing accurate, compliant, and well-presented asbestos survey reports Managing workloads and project deadlines effectively Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal colleagues Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos ..... full job details .....
