Working across commercial, industrial, public sector, and residential properties, you''ll benefit from a varied workload, structured scheduling, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor, you will carry out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys across a diverse portfolio of client sites throughout Leeds and the surrounding region.Working independently and alongside an experienced operations team, the Asbestos Surveyor will ensure all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining full compliance with HSG264, current legislation, and UKAS procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across commercial, industrial, public sector, and residential propertiesProducing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reportsManaging your own diary and workload effectivelyLiaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teamsMaintaining ..... full job details .....
