The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector properties, benefiting from a structured workload, strong operational support, and opportunities for long-term career development.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys across Cannock and the surrounding Midlands region.Working independently with the support of an experienced operations team, you will deliver accurate and professional surveying services while ensuring all work complies with HSG264, current asbestos legislation, and HSE guidance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a range of property typesProducing accurate, detailed, and compliant asbestos survey reportsWorking across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector sitesManaging your own diary and ..... full job details .....
