They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.Benefits for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: Competitive salary ( 36,000 - 40,000 DOE) Company vehicle and fuel card Overtime opportunities available 22 days annual leave + bank holidays Ongoing professional development Structured workload and supportive management Long-term, stable positionDuties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 Undertake air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and personal monitoring Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teamsSkills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst: BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent) Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance standards Good IT skills and report writing ability ..... full job details .....
