Asbestos Surveyor

Marble Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor covering Kent, North London and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation within the asbestos sector. The role will focus exclusively on domestic properties, carrying out a range of asbestos surveys across residential housing stock.

The Role

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Survey a variety of domestic properties across Kent and North London
• Produce accurate site notes and reports using tablet-based systems
• Ensure all work is completed in line with HSG264 and UKAS standards
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and residents
• Work independently whilst managing your own diary and workload

Requirements

• BOHS P402 qualification (P403/P404 advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year''s asbestos surveying experience
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and industry guidance
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Package

• Salary up to -45,000 depending on experience
