Asbestos Surveyor

Marble Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor covering Kent, North London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation within the asbestos sector. The role will focus exclusively on domestic properties, carrying out a range of asbestos surveys across residential housing stock. The Role Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys Survey a variety of domestic properties across Kent and North London Produce accurate site notes and reports using tablet-based systems Ensure all work is completed in line with HSG264 and UKAS standards Maintain excellent relationships with clients and residents Work independently whilst managing your own diary and workload Requirements BOHS P402 qualification (P403/P404 advantageous) Minimum 1 year''s asbestos surveying experience Strong understanding of HSE legislation and industry guidance Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and report-writing skills Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Package Salary up to 45,000 depending on experience Company vehicle and fuel card Pension scheme 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term career progression within a growing consultancy ..... full job details .....
