Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team, responsible for assessing and evaluating land, buildings, and other structures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction-related skills, enabling them to provide accurate measurements and assessments. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects meet regulatory standards and are completed efficiently.Responsibilities

Conduct detailed surveys of land and structures using specialised equipment.Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey results, including maps and reports.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.Assess the condition of buildings and infrastructure, identifying any necessary repairs or improvements.Utilise hand tools and power tools for various tasks related to surveying and construction activities.Apply knowledge of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical systems, and fabrication as needed during assessments.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all surveying activities.Qualifications
