Asbestos Surveyor Birmingham £32k-£38k + Benefits Golden Fox Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy due to continued growth in the Midlands, they are now looking to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who wants to develop their technical capability, work on complex sites and progress their career within a structured and well-supported organisation. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality asbestos surveying services across a portfolio of projects. Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor include: Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 Working exclusively on commercial and industrial buildings, including offices, manufacturing sites and large-scale facilities Sampling and recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) accurately Producing detailed technical survey reports Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with UKAS procedures and health and safety standards Career Development and Progression This role offers: Clear career progression pathways Support and funding for additional BOHS qualifications Exposure to large projects and long-term client frameworks A professional, technically focused working environment About You To be considered, you will need: BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSG264 ..... full job details .....
