This opportunity will see you working predominantly on a long-term housing contract across Southampton, meaning minimal travel and a genuinely local patch. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you''ll be responsible for: Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across residential properties throughout Southampton. Producing accurate asbestos survey reports in accordance with HSG264. Identifying asbestos-containing materials and making appropriate management recommendations. Building strong relationships with clients while maintaining the highest technical standards. What''s on Offer? Salary up to 38,000 (depending on experience). 25 days'' holiday plus bank holidays.
