Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Plymouth, Devon Salary/Benefits: 26k - 40k DOE + Training and Benefits This well-regard UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy is seeking a diligent Asbestos Surveyor based in Devon. They can consider trainees with a hardworking attitude but ideally hold BOHS P402. Applicants will need to hit the ground running carrying out asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites with following compliance guidelines. Applicants will be suitable from: Plymouth, Tavistock, Salcombe, St Austell, Bodmin, Liskeard, Launceston, Okehampton, Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay and the surrounding areas. Experience / Qualifications: Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying Good understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines Strong communication skills Good literacy, numeracy and IT competencies Adaptable to travel Building a good rapport with clients The Role: Carrying out management, demolition, re-inspection and refurbishment asbestos surveys Collating findings to produce technical reports Safely sampling from sites Maintaining strong working relationships with clients Reporting into Management to provide updates Creating floor plans / schematic drawings Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Site Staff, Dual qualified Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Analyst, Environmental Consultant. ..... full job details .....
