Working from home and going to site the-role involves carrying out asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys across residential properties, including houses and flats, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with current legislation and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct asbestos management surveys on domestic properties. Collect asbestos samples safely and accurately. Record survey findings using electronic reporting systems. Produce clear, accurate survey data for report preparation. Work in compliance with HSE guidance and company procedures. Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with tenants, clients, and colleagues. Essential Requirements BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent recognised asbestos surveying qualification). Full UK driving licence. Good understanding of current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Good communication and organisational skills. Right to work in the UK.
