Asbestos Surveyor / Dual Skilled Surveyor and Analyst

Marble Talent are recruiting for multiple Asbestos Surveyors and Dual Skilled Surveyor/Analysts across the North West on behalf of a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy. We are looking for both qualified Surveyors and Dual Skilled professionals to support a busy workload across predominantly domestic projects, with some commercial surveying work included. The Role Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys Carry out air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical duties (for dual-skilled candidates) Survey a mixture of domestic and commercial properties Produce detailed reports and site documentation using digital reporting systems Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSG264, HSG248 and UKAS requirements Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements For Surveyor positions: BOHS P402 qualification Minimum 1 year''s asbestos surveying experience For Dual Skilled positions: BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications Experience carrying out both surveying and analytical duties For all applicants: Full UK driving licence Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry standards Strong communication and organisational skills Flexible approach to travel and occasional out-of-hours work Package Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience Company vehicle and fuel card Pension scheme 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays Ongoing professional development and training Stable workload with genuine career progression ..... full job details .....
