Asbestos Surveyor (Domestic)

Key Responsibilities Carry out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance. Collect asbestos samples safely and accurately. Produce clear, detailed survey reports within agreed timescales. Communicate findings professionally with clients and colleagues. Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain surveying equipment and company vehicle. Requirements BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor. Good knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
