Asbestos Surveyor - Domestic/ Commercial

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance.
• Collect asbestos samples safely and accurately.
• Produce clear, detailed survey reports within agreed timescales.
• Communicate findings professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain surveying equipment and company vehicle.

Requirements

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as an asbestos surveyor.
• Good knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
