The successful candidate will already be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings and will hold a P402 qualification . Experience within a housing association environment is desirable but not essential. You''ll need to be a confident communicator , comfortable working with a range of people and able to represent the organisation professionally when visiting properties. Accuracy is key in this role, so you''ll have a keen eye for detail and be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and asset registers , to ensure survey information is recorded correctly. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as the role involves extensive travel across the region.
