- Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Collect samples of suspected asbestos materials for laboratory analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, including recommendations for management or removal of asbestos.
- Liaise with clients to discuss survey results and provide expert advice on asbestos management.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys, findings, and correspondence.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies related to asbestos surveying.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including contractors and regulatory bodies, to ensure safe practices are followed.
- Carry out some unlicensed asbestos removal works full training will be provided.
