Asbestos Dual Skilled Consultant - Newcastle/North East

We''re looking for an experienced asbestos dual skilled consultant to join our growing team in the Newcastle/North East area. This role is perfect for someone trained as both an asbestos surveyor analyst, ready to deliver high-quality work across a variety of environments.

You''ll carry out a mix of surveying and analytical duties, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, as well as four-stage clearances and air monitoring (background, reassurance, and personal testing). Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos surveys in line with HSG:264
• Perform air monitoring and four-stage clearances
• Record data using mobile software systems
• Communicate with clients and provide expert advice
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
• Experience as an asbestos dual skilled consultant
• Knowledge of UK asbestos legislation
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible and professional work ethic
