They are looking to appoint a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support ongoing contracts in Newcastle and surrounding areas.Benefits for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: Competitive salary (£38,000 - £43,000 DOE) Company vehicle and fuel card Overtime opportunities available 22 days annual leave + bank holidays Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and structured team environmentDuties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst include: Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264 Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and personal monitoring Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teamsSkills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst: BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance Good IT and report writing skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licenceIf this role interests ..... full job details .....
