THE ROLE As an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will carry out a genuine split of surveying and analytical work across a diverse portfolio of client sites throughout Glasgow and the surrounding region. Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality asbestos services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation and industry guidance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification in line with HSG248 Conducting bulk asbestos sampling and ensuring compliance with company procedures Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports Managing workloads across multiple client sites ..... full job details .....
