Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / AnalystLocation: Bolton, Greater ManchesterSalary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training and BenefitsDue to recently winning new contracts, our client requires an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the North West of England. You will be undertaking the full range of asbestos surveys and analytical duties, whilst providing a strong consultancy service to new and existing clients. You will be joining a UKAS accredited asbestos company, who have a busy portfolio. Due to the nature of the new contracts, they are able to consider candidates who are able to undertake singular disciplines (i.e. just surveying or analytical duties, and accompanying qualifications). Must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / AnalystIdeally will have worked within a UKAS accredited companyWill be qualified with the BOHS P402 and / or P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)Working knowledge of HSG 264, HSG 248 and UKAS guidelinesGood literacy and IT skillsStrong client-facing experienceThe Role

Undertaking management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across commercial and local authority sitesCollecting ACM samples from siteConducting 4 stage clearances, in addition to background, reassurance, personal, leak and smoke air testingProducing thorough written reports for clientsMeeting with clients to provide technical consultancy adviceEnsuring to meet / exceed personal targetsMaintaining strong working relationships with clientsCorrectly using PPE when attending client premisesAdhering to strict safety compliance guidelinesAlternative job titles
