The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with proven asbestos removal experience and supervisory capability. Key Responsibilities Supervise asbestos removal operatives on licensed, non-licensed, and notifiable non-licensed projects. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with HSE regulations and approved plans of work. Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily safety checks. Monitor compliance with PPE/RPE requirements. Coordinate enclosure construction, removal activities, and decontamination procedures. Maintain site records and documentation.
