Careermakers are currently looking for an experienced Asbestos Removal Superviosr to work across the North West Region Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Asbestos Removal Supervisor to lead our hazardous materials abatement projects. This pivotal role involves overseeing asbestos removal operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of technicians to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, supervising experience, and familiarity with project planning tools such as Primavera P6. Join us to contribute to safe and efficient asbestos abatement processes that protect health and the environment. Duties Supervise daily asbestos removal activities, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory standards. Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to ensure timely completion. Lead and manage a team of asbestos removal technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies. Develop and implement work plans, risk assessments, and safety procedures specific to asbestos abatement projects. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project progress and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
