My client has an immediate opportunity for an Asbestos Project manager to join their Housing Compliance Teams on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Asbestos Manager, the successful applicant will work across the entirety of the organisations stock, responsible for designing, managing, and delivering a range of asbestos remedial programmes. Responsibilities: Specify, scope, produce and project manage programmes of work from inception to delivery for compliance requirements across the entire operational area, ensuring all works are executed on time, in budget and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Carry out audit inspections to ensure all works are delivered in accordance with agreed specification and quality standards ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
