Asbestos Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an Asbestos Operations Coordinator / Manager to join a reputable contractor based in Kent who specialise in asbestos removal across licenses and non-licenses projects across Kent, Surrey and London. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of asbestos removal and surveying projects. The role involves scheduling labour and works, preparing quotations for licensed and non-licensed asbestos projects, coordinating equipment and air testing requirements, liaising with clients, and preparing operational documentation including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). The coordinator ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures. Location: Office based - Gillingham. Full time Salary: up to £50,000 + package You will need: Essential Previous experience in an operations, scheduling, or coordination role. Knowledge of asbestos removal operations and industry procedures. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and client liaison abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Competent in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems. Desirable Experience within the asbestos, construction, or environmental services industry. Understanding of licensed and non-licensed asbestos works.
