Undertaking building surveys and bulk samplingCarrying out asbestos air monitoring including the issuing of Certificate of Re-occupation and Statement of CleanlinessAdvise clients on legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards related to asbestos managementPreparing accurate reports and plans of your work in standard formatsMaintaining and building on good relationship with clientsTimely completion of monthly quality requirementsQualifications
Minimum of 12 Months related work within UKAS accredited organisationP402, P403, P404 modules or equivalentCompetent and confident user of MS office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detailOrganised and proactive, with the ability to multi-taskFull UK drivers ..... full job details .....
