This is a key role within the organisation s housing and compliance function, responsible for leading asbestos management and supporting wider health and safety compliance across residential properties and communal areas. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring statutory compliance, safeguarding residents, and driving high standards of safety, operational performance, and contractor management across the housing portfolio.
