This role goes beyond traditional tenancy enforcement, with a strong focus on early intervention, tenancy sustainment, and reducing complaints through proactive resident engagement.The RoleYou''ll manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases, ranging from low-level neighbourhood disputes through to more serious and complex ASB matters.A key part of the role is identifying issues early, supporting residents to sustain their tenancies, and ensuring concerns are addressed before they escalate into formal complaints.Key responsibilities include:Managing a caseload of low to high-level ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.Taking appropriate tenancy enforcement action where required.Working proactively with residents to sustain tenancies and prevent repeat issues.Acting as the main point of contact for residents, keeping them updated and informed throughout the process.Responding to complaints quickly and effectively to minimise escalation.Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver successful outcomes.Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.About YouWe''re looking ..... full job details .....
