This is an exciting opportunity to join a proactive community safety team dedicated to tackling anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches, and neighbourhood issues across the Heartlands area. Based from the St Helens office you will work closely with residents, partner agencies, and internal teams to deliver safer, stronger communities. Your New RoleAs an ASB Officer, you will manage a caseload of complex and serious anti-social behaviour cases, including harassment, hate crime, domestic abuse, and other tenancy breaches. You will be responsible for progressing cases through investigation and enforcement stages, ensuring effective interventions are delivered and legal action is pursued where appropriate.Key responsibilities include:Managing serious and persistent ASB and tenancy breach cases from investigation through to resolution.Conducting interviews, gathering evidence, taking witness statements, and preparing cases for legal action.Working closely with legal teams in the preparation and service of notices and court documentation.
