Reporting to the ASB Manager, you''ll deliver excellent service to residents affected by ASB. You''ll triage new ASB reports, assess situations, and create action plans to investigate, manage risks, and support those affected. You''ll manage a varied ASB caseload, investigate incidents, evaluate evidence, and take appropriate action, including legal remedies. You''ll also contribute to neighbourhood strategies to tackle ASB. Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Completing risk assessments and dynamically assess situations to tackle ASB and support complainants. Investigating reports of nuisance, harassment, and anti-social behaviour (and occasionally domestic abuse), and determine appropriate actions. Deciding on additional measures for evidence gathering, such as sound recording and CCTV. Maintaining high standards of case management and support teams through supervision.
