ASB Officer Pay: £23.16 per hour PAYE Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months)Location: Wallington, SurreyWe are currently recruiting for an experienced ASB Officer to join a housing provider on a short-term contract. This is a specialist role focusing on complex Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and tenancy enforcement cases.Please note: Proven experience as an ASB Officer is essential for this position.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from investigation through to resolutionPrepare and present legal cases, including evidence gathering, witness statements, and court documentationRepresent the organisation in court proceedings, acting as a professional witness when requiredInvestigate and act on tenancy fraud and serious breaches of tenancy agreementsProvide expert advice and guidance to housing teams on ASB case managementWork closely with police, local authorities, and partner agencies to resolve cases effectivelyEnsure all enforcement activities comply with current legislation and best practiceSupport teams with training and knowledge sharing on ASB processes and proceduresRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience working as an ASB Officer (essential)Strong background managing complex ASB and housing enforcement casesExperience preparing and presenting cases in courtSound knowledge of tenancy law, ASB legislation, and enforcement proceduresExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work ..... full job details .....
