ASB Officer

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing provider for an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in housing, policing, community safety, enforcement, or another customer-focused role involving anti-social behaviour, investigations or conflict resolution.If you''re personable, organised and keen to develop, full training and ongoing support will be provided.The Role:You''ll manage your own caseload of anti-social behaviour, nuisance and hate crime cases, working with customers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes and create safer communities.This is a hybrid role, combining home working, office attendance and community visits across Devon. You''ll manage your own diary, planning customer visits, investigations and meetings effectively.Key Responsibilities of an ASB Officer:Manage a caseload of ASB, nuisance and hate crime cases from report through to resolution.Investigate complaints, gather evidence and identify appropriate actions.Support customers affected by ASB and maintain regular communication throughout cases.Work collaboratively with internal teams, police, local authorities, legal teams and external agencies.Maintain accurate case records, reports and documentation.Attend customer visits, meetings and case reviews across Devon.Support legal action where required and ensure cases are progressed effectively.Contribute to creating safe, inclusive and sustainable communities.What ..... full job details .....
