As an ASB Officer, you will be investigating and managing reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) to ensure safe, secure, and sustainable communities. The role involves working closely with residents, partner agencies, and internal teams to resolve cases effectively, support victims, and take appropriate enforcement action when required. Please note, a full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle is required. Main Responsibilities: Manage Caseloads Investigate complaints relating to noise nuisance, harassment, neighbour disputes, vandalism, hate incidents, and other forms of ASB. Prepare legal documentation and assist with injunctions, possession proceedings, and court actions where necessary. Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives and following works from start through to completion. Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
