Your new role Manage anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases, including customer contact, agreeing action plans, investigation and information gathering, maintaining accurate records, and producing correspondence. Identify vulnerable customers and refer them to appropriate support agencies and services as needed. Assist the Neighbourhood Safety team in preparing casework for escalated legal court enforcement actions, including gathering evidence of tenancy breaches as needed.
