ASB Officer Location: London Duration: Temp 3 months + Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a London based housing organisation with their recruitment of a ASB Officer. The post holder will be responsible for driving high performance when managing and resolving ASB cases, ensuring that services meet the needs of residents living in the properties. What will you do in the role? To contribute effectively to service improvement by ensuring teams are implementing the ASB policy and working within the remit of legislation To work in collaboration with key partner agencies, in order to safeguard residents, take effective enforcement and utilise all tools available when addressing cases of ASB Ensure vulnerability risk assessments are completed as a priority for victims of ASB to determine appropriate action To ensure responses to reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) are dealt with promptly and effectively Who would excel in this role?
