Responding professionally to telephone calls, emails and enquiries from residents, stakeholders and partner agencies. Providing support, advice and updates to victims of ASB. Logging and allocating ASB cases using Civica APP, COMINO and other case management systems. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with data protection requirements. Supporting ASB Officers with victim contact, interviews, follow-up enquiries and case administration. Processing referrals to internal and external support agencies.
