Working across the organisation, you will provide expert advice and support to colleagues, helping to protect customers and communities while ensuring tenancy breaches are addressed fairly, proportionately and effectively.You will oversee complex and high-risk cases, including serious anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, unlawful occupation, cuckooing and other tenancy breaches. Working closely with statutory agencies and community partners, you will coordinate interventions that support victims, tackle harm and deliver sustainable outcomes.The role will also support service development by promoting best practice in anti-social behaviour and tenancy management, embedding early intervention approaches, strengthening partnership working.
