The successful candidate will investigate complaints of anti-social behaviour, implement appropriate interventions and take enforcement action where necessary. You will work closely with residents, colleagues, the police, housing teams and other partner agencies to resolve complex cases, protect vulnerable victims and improve community safety. The postholder will be based in the clients office in Brent. There is potential to work from home one day per week; however, this arrangement is subject to review. Key Responsibilities Investigate complaints of anti-social behaviour and implement appropriate measures to address the behaviour, including referrals to partner agencies and enforcement action. Coordinate community safety projects in support of local priorities. Risk assess vulnerable victims of anti-social behaviour and implement appropriate case management plans. Investigate complex cases, gather evidence and prepare case files for legal proceedings, prosecutions, tribunals and civil penalties where appropriate. Work collaboratively... Contract
