Purpose of the role: The Artist Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the strategic goals of the Arts Department, aligning with the company''s vision. This individual will leverage their extensive artworld connections and curatorial expertise to enhance the company''s artist network, foster partnerships, and oversee the development of artist opportunities and annual program of engagement events. In this role, engagement involves building strong relationships with our existing network of artists, designing programs that elevate their visibility and growth, and actively responding to their needs with tailored strategies.
