Job Description:

vandnbsp; Sketch out engaging lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;KS3 and KS4 Art andamp; Design curriculum

vandnbsp; Encourageandnbsp;creative risk-taking,andnbsp;independent thinking, andandnbsp;personal expressionandnbsp;through a variety of media and techniques

vandnbsp; Create aandnbsp;canvas of inclusionandnbsp;where every student feels inspired and valued

vandnbsp; Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform planning

vandnbsp; Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate Will:

vandnbsp; Have experience teaching Art at secondary level (desirable but not essential)

vandnbsp; Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strong classroom management andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
