That’s what your teaching provides.  As a Secondary Art &amp; Design Teacher, you will guide students through developing skills, refining techniques, and building confidence in their work.   Key responsibilities   Teach Art &amp; Design across KS3 and KS4  Develop drawing, painting, and creative techniques  Support GCSE coursework and portfolios  Provide structured feedback  Manage materials and classroom organisation  Maintain consistent expectations   The classroom environment   Lessons are structured but creative  Students understand expectations  Progress is visible over time  Behaviour is calm and focused   Skills and experience   Experience teaching Art or strong creative background  Ability to manage practical lessons  Organisation and planning  Clear communication   What success looks like   Students improve work step by step  Confidence in creative work increases  Lessons are productive and controlled  QTS is desirable; unqualified teachers are welcome to apply, particularly those with creative or design experience  ...</description>
