What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across KS3 and KS4 in Art andamp; Design
- Encourage students to explore a wide range of media and techniques, from drawing and painting to mixed media and sculpture
- Create a classroom culture that celebrates individuality, creativity, and inclusivity
- Use effective assessment strategies to support student progress and tailor learning experiences
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support studentsandrsquo; academic and personal growth
- Lead or contribute to exhibitions, art clubs, and creative school-wide initiatives
Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with experience teaching Art at secondary level (QTS preferred but not essential)
- Someone who thrives in a creative environment and brings fresh ideas to the classroom
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for inclusive education
