About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher who can deliver Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering artistic expression and confidence in students. The school is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators who bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a collaborative approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative Art and Design lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Create an inspiring classroom environment that encourages artistic growth.
• Work closely with the department to support student outcomes and curriculum development.
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level, particularly across KS3 and KS4.
• Brings a flexible, creative, and inclusive teaching style.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and effective communication skills.
• Is open to long-term contracts and dedicated to student success.
