Job Description:
Are you a passionate and creative Art Teacher looking for a new challenge£ We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join a vibrant school in Aylesbury from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to foster creativity, help students express themselves through visual arts, and make a positive impact on their artistic development. The role will also involve supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to ensure that all learners can thrive in the art classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging art lessons across Key Stages 3-5
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and creative classroom environment for all students, including those with SEN
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with additional learning needs
Encourage and develop students'' artistic skills and appreciation for various forms of art
Participate in extracurricular art activities, school events, and art exhibitions
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and art curriculum
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for visual arts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
