Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging art lessons across Key Stages 3-5.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and creative classroom environment.
Encourage and develop students'' artistic skills and appreciation for various forms of art.
Participate in extracurricular art activities, school events, and art exhibitions.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and art curriculum.
Promote a passion for the arts and inspire students to explore their creative potential.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for visual arts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
