The successful candidate will:

• Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for Key Stage 5 teaching.
• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and creative lessons.
• Inspire students to develop artistic skills, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation of the arts.
• Contribute to exhibitions, enrichment activities, and wider school events.
• Support students in achieving excellent academic and personal outcomes.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Art.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Has high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
• Is committed to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
