This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator who has a strong knowledge of the curriculum and a passion for creating an engaging learning environment.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 being an advantage.Utilise strong subject knowledge to inspire and motivate students.Maintain effective classroom management skills.Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.Be an excellent role model, demonstrating qualities of compassion, trustworthiness, politeness, and good listening skills.Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the teaching practices and the learning environment for students.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.Recent relevant experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4; experience at KS5 is advantageous.Excellent classroom practitioner with robust subject knowledge.Reliable, committed, and interested in working with students.Good interpersonal skills, trustworthy, punctual, patient, and confident when working with children.Benefits:High-quality training and support.Opportunities to work across several schools.Competitive rates ..... full job details .....
