This role is ideal for a compassionate individual with a drive to support students with a range of emotional, behavioural, social, or communication difficulties, as well as learning challenges.Day-to-day of the role:Delivering tailored educational programs to Primary and Secondary aged children.Fostering a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes healthy physical, emotional, and behavioural development.Collaborating with senior leaders, subject teachers, school doctor, and therapists to support each child''s growth and development.Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students with BESD in a therapeutic setting.Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.Experience or a strong desire to support children with BESD in a therapeutic setting.Ability to work cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team.Strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle due to the rural location of the school.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Opportunity to make a significant ..... full job details .....
